Vanilla Cup Cakes

Ingredients
2 cup all purpose flour
1/2tsp salt
2tsp baking powder
1/2 cup butter. softened
2 cup sugar (accordingly to individual taste)
2 eggs
1 cup hot milk
1tsp vanilla essence
Preparation Methods:
Line 24 muffin pans with paper liners. Preheat oven to 350° C degrees. Sift flour,salt and baking powder together into a bowl. Keep aside. In a separate bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Slowly add the eggs and beat well and alternately add the flour mixture and milk , beating well after each addition. Finally add the vanilla essence. Pour the batter into the prepared pans and bake for 20 minutes. Once cooled sprinkle with confectioner's sugar or cover with your favourite frosting.
