Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo
Fettuccine (literally "little ribbons" in Italian) is a type of pasta popular in Rome. It is a flat, thick noodle made of egg and flour, similar to what is called tagliatelle elsewhere in Italy. In Italian cuisine, it is traditionally made fresh (either at home or commercially), but dried versions also exist on the market.
Ingredients

1 package fettuccine uncooked
4tbsp butter
3 cloves of garlic chopped finely
1 cup chopped chicken breast
1/2 cup freshly finely chopped basil leaves
1/4tsp red pepper flasks
3tbsp lemon juice
1 cup milk
1 cup heavy cream
salt and pepper taste
Preparation Methods:
Cook the fettuccine according to the package direction,drain and set aside.Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat until melted.Add the chopped garlic and saute until lightly browned followed by the chopped chicken breast. Cook till the chicken becomes tender.Stir in the milk.Once it starts to boil, lower the flame and add the heavy cream slowly - then add the red peeper flask, salt and pepper.Transfer the cooked fettuccine into a large serving plate and pour the sauce over and drizzle the lemon juice.
