Let's sit back and enjoy this bowl of home made chicken ramen  with flavorful broth roasted chicken fresh veggies with lots of noodles and soft cooked eggs right on your kitchen top.

For this recipe I'm using the soup base that I made for: "Hainese Chicken Rice"-

For the Preparation of The Noodles and Eggs:

4 packet of instant noodles( any brand of your choice)
6 cups of water
salt to taste
3 tbsp of sesame oil
6 eggs

Preparation Method:
For The Noodles:

Boil the water in large sauce pan with salt. Once the water starts to boil add the noodles and cook til 80% cooked. Drain and add the seems oil, mix well and keep aside.

For The Eggs:
Fill a large pan with water and place over high heat til the water comes to a boil. Reduce the heat and gently lower the eggs into the water 1 at a time allowing the eggs to simmer for few minutes. Then remove them from the boil water and place them in ice cold bath.. Finally peel the shells and cut them into lengthwise and keep aside

Ingredients:
For the Spicy Chicken:
4 boneless chicken breast
salt and pepper to taste
2tbsp red chilli powder
1tsp turmeric powder
1tsp cumin powder
1tbsp curd
juice of 1 lemon

Preparation Method:
Wash the chicken pieces and prick them with a forkI n large mixing bowl add all the ingredients and marinated the chicken breast well and keep aside for about 6 hours or preferable overnight. Heat 2 tablespoons of  oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once the skillet is hot, place marinated chicken breasts in the skillet and cook for 4 to 5 minutes on each side, until golden brown on both sides and cooked through, turning once between cooking, about 8-10 minutes. Remove chicken from pan. Once cooled sliced the cooked chicken pieces and keep aside.

Ingredients:
For The Stir Fried Soy Mushroom:
1 cup sliced button mushrooms
2tbsp minced garlic
1tsp sesame oil
2tbsp dark soy sauce
salt to taste

Preparation Methods:
Heat some oil in skillet over medium heat; add the mushrooms; cook and stir until the mushrooms have softened and released their liquid, about 5 minutes. Stir in the garlic; continue to cook and stir for 1 minute. Pour in the soy sauce; cook the mushrooms in the soy sauce until the liquid has evaporated, about 4 minutes.

Ingredients For Garnishing:
Shredded Radish
Roasted Seseme Seeds
Steamed Greens of your choice
Chopped spring onion
Sesame oil
Lengthwise sliced cucumbers

And finally, the  favorite part about making homemade ramen noodle soup, is getting to finish the bowls with the garnishes:

Ladle one and a half cup of hot ramen broth into each individual bowl. Add a generous amount of cooked ramen noodles to the bowls. Lay a few pieces of the sliced grilled chicken one side of the noodles. Add some of the stir fried mushrooms  next to the chicken. Then add the rest of garnish side by side. Finally drizzle some sesame oil and sprinkle a good amount roasted sesame seeds for the final touch to the Ramen Bowl.
