Heat 2 tablespoons of  oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once the skillet is hot, place marinated chicken breasts in the skillet and cook for 4 to 5 minutes on each side, until golden brown on both sides and cooked through, turning once between cooking, about 8-10 minutes. Heat some oil in skillet over medium heat; add the mushrooms; cook and stir until the mushrooms have softened and released their liquid, about 5 minutes. Stir in the garlic; continue to cook and stir for 1 minute. Pour in the soy sauce; cook the mushrooms in the soy sauce until the liquid has evaporated, about 4 minutes.

Ingredients For Garnishing:
Shredded Radish
Roasted Seseme Seeds

And finally, the  favorite part about making homemade ramen noodle soup, is getting to finish the bowls with the garnishes:

Ladle one and a half cup of hot ramen broth into each individual bowl. Add a generous amount of cooked ramen noodles to the bowls. Lay a few pieces of the sliced grilled chicken one side of the noodles. Add some of the stir fried mushrooms  next to the chicken. Then add the rest of garnish side by side. Finally drizzle some sesame oil and sprinkle a good amount roasted sesame seeds for the final touch to the Ramen Bowl.
