Ingredients Grind to paste:

5 shallots
3 garlic cloves
1 small ginger
1tsp fennel seeds
2 curry leaves
a little salt
Grind all the ingredients into a fine paste and keep aside.
1lb prawns
1 large onion chopped
4tbsp pepper powder
1 bay leave
1 small cinnamon stick
3 cardamom pods
3 cloves
1tsp mustard seeds
1 cumin seeds
3 curry leaves
5 shallot
1 capsicum diced
1 tomato diced
Preparation Methods:
Coat a pressure pan with 1tbsp ghee and add the prawns,grind paste and salt. Pressure cook to about 5 whistle.Keep aside.Heat a wok with 2tbsp oil and saute whole spice, curry leaves and chopped onion until tender. Meanwhile in another bowl add the diced shallots,capsicums,tomatoes and 1tsp pepper powder with 1tsp of olive oil. Micro-wave on high for 3 minutes and keep aside. Add the prawn and the remaining pepper powder and sdark soy sauce to the wok. Once the mutton is well coated in the spice mixture- add the micro waved ingredients and saute well. Adjust level of salt and pepper.Remove from flame and serve hot.
