
What can I say!!!Pizza have become a popular item in my kitchen these days ever-since my son started his elementary school. We cannot be making various trips to Pizza Hut so now I'm making pizza at home. I'm kinda of getting lazy in prepare the dough at home as it time-consuming so I use the store brought pizza dough. I was grab a few tins of Pillsbury Pizza Doughs whenever I get the chance. My home-made sun dried to mates was a big hit- I have used them to prepare this aromatic pizza for dinner yesterday night but as compared to Pizza Hut. It still had my touch and love for my family :D
Ingredients
Serving Size: 51 tin Pillsbury Pizza dough
1/2 cup sliced green capsicum
1/2 cup diced onions
1/2 cup chopped mushrooms
few slice of sun-dried tomatoes
3tbsp
sun-dried pesto1 cup mixed shredded cheese
1/4 cup Turkey Pepperoni
1tsp pizza seasoning
Preparation Methods:
Roll out the dough and carefully place them onto a greased pizza tray.Add the pesto on the center of the dough and spread it evenly around the dough. Sprinkle some cheese over the pesto layer.Then add the diced green capsicum, chopped mushrooms,dried tomatoes and sliced onions and finally add the pepperoni and sprinkle the remaining cheese and pizza seasoning. Bake at 350 °C for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve the pizza hot with crushed red pepper flask with any beverage of your choice.
