Grilling 2018

Grilling 2018

Every seasons has its own beauty and charm. Its summer season her and it's our choice to decide whether to enjoy or grumble. We must realize that life has o many things to offer - why brood over negative thoughts and past. Let's force on what's for today- this very moment while you guys reading my post. With the summer season already here and temperature  expected to rise even more the next few days, we made plans to fire up the barbecue for the weekend as there's no specific time to have a BBQ party with family and friends. Grilling food over an open fire is one of the life's greatest pleasure- at least if you set yourself for success. It's fun time of the year and I always find myself craving those flavory summer meals over the grill.

All it takes is a glowing sun, marinated meat and bags full of charcoal and a quick reaction:phone calls should be made immediately and everyone should hastily put on their best shorts and T-shrits... before the sun leaves for another year!!!

That Sunday happens to be a perfect day for outdoor grilling g and I made plans to invite some of my good friends to join in. Menu for the day were discussed and everything were prepared in advance  but to our disappointment it started to rain suddenly as we were about to leave home. There was no rain forecast for the day uraghhhhh???? Everyone were filled with rage esp the kids. In the end we change the plan to have indoor grilling section. Each of us prepared our grill  at their home and get-together at my place to enjoy the BBQ party with a good Tamil horror movie and cards game for kids. We divided the choir and I decided to prepare the Buffalo Wings and Vegetable skewers at the comfort of my kitchen.

Let's for forget about the disappointment due the sudden rain.As I was mentioning I'm a hot wing addict. I can eat them every day. I love them fried, battered /or grilled but always  spicy hot!! For today I have skipped the deep frying mess and go for the grill instead. Grilling chicken wings creates a delightly crispy exterior and gives them added depth to a delicious smoky char. These crispy grilled wings are additive. Grilling adds  another layer of flavor and texture to the Buffalo wings which makes them stand apart from their baked or fried brethren in spicy, crispy and juicy wing perfection. When I prepare these grilled wings to any events, there's never any leftovers!!. Friends and family loves them.
