Home_ Made Chicken Pizza Whenever u feel lazy to cook what’s the first thing that comes to one’s mind-fast food. No mess and fuss just drive over or pick up the phone and place order-in minutes it will home delivery. Have it in our cozy home environment with your loved one and of course with your favorite movie. What will be the first choice of fast-food- that’s rite PIZZAS …..hmmmmm. Pizza is a Italian cuisine which is popular dish made with an oven baked, flat, generally round bread that is covered with tomatoes or a tomato-based sauce and mozzarella cheese. A favorite dish liked by all age group-from young to old. The first thing that co mes to one’s mind would be Pizza Hut – has branches world-wide. Mutton Keema

Mutton Keema Serving Size: 4 Ingredients For the Curry Masala 1/2 cup shallots 2 tomatoes 10 dried chillies-adjust accordingly to taste 2tsp of peppercorns 1tsp of fennel seeds 1/2tsp of nutmeg powder 1tsp of poppy seeds 2tbsp curd 1tsp salt 2tbsp ginger garlic paste In a fry pan, add 2tbsp of oil and roast all the curry masala ingredients til fragrant. Once cooled grind to a smooth paste,keep aside. 1 lb minced mutton 1 chopped onions 2 chopped tomatoes 4pcs curry leaves 3 cardamon pods 5 cloves 1 Cinnamon stick 2 bay leaves 1tsp mustard seeds 1/2tsp of cumin seeds 3tbsp of coriander powder Preparation Methods: In a heavy work,add couple spoons of oil, add mustard seeds. When it starts to crack add the remaining ingredient expect the minced mutton. Once the onion and tomatoes are cooked, add the minced mutton, coriander powder and 1 cup of water and cover. Cook for 20 minutes.Remove the lid pour int he curry masala paste and let the curry to boil. Adjust the amount of salt and garnish

Panner Masala

Panner Masala Serving size:4 Ingredients 1 cup home-made panner cubed 1 onion chopped 1 tomato chopped 1tbsp ginger garlic paste 1tsp mustard seeds 1tsp cumin seeds Masala Paste 1/2 cup chopped shallots 1 tomato diced 1/2tsp fennel seeds 1tbsp coriander powder 1tbsp chillie powder 1tsp garam masala 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 3 curry leaves salt to taste Preparation Methods: Coat a pan with 2tbsp oil and roast all the ingredients for the paste and blend to a smooth mixture once cooled. Keep aside.Meanwhile shallow fry the panner cubes,drain and keep aside. In the same pan add another 2tbsp oil - then add mustard seed. Once it starts to crack add the cumin seeds,ginger garlic paste and fry til l fragrant. Then add the chopped onions and tomatoes. Once the onions turn slightly brown add the panner cubes following by the masala paste. Cover the pan with a lid and let the panner get well combinated in the masala mixture. Big Breakfast (My Version of McDonald Big Breakfast) For a long time I want to prepare Big Breakfast like you have in Mac' Donald's...according to my family taste. Finally I got a change to prepare them today as my son has no school and my hubby was working from home.One I prepare for my kids without bacon and another for us. I did not have time to make bake beans so I will be using store brought one for my recipe..it's quick right then me preparing everything early morning..Here I'm making ham sandwich instead of muffins. Banana Muffins

Banana Muffins Serving size:24 Ingredients 2 cup cake flour or all-purpose flour 2tsp baking powder ½ cup melted butter 1/2tsp salt 3 large bananas mashed 1.5 cup sugar 2 egg 1tsp vanilla essence 1/2 cup chopped walnuts 1/2 cup sliced banana ½ cup hot milk stirred with 1tsp coffee powder Preparation Methods: Line 24 muffin pans with paper liners. Preheat oven to 350° C degrees. Sift flour,salt and baking powder together into a bowl. Keep aside. In a separate bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Slowly add the eggs and beat well and alternately add the flour mixture and milk , beating well after each addition. Finally add the vanilla essence and the mashed banana. Pour the batter into the prepared pans -sprinkle the chopped walnuts and a a sliced banana piece on each. Bake for 25 minutes.

Vanilla Cup Cakes Serving Size: 24 Ingredients 2 cup all purpose flour 1/2tsp salt 2tsp baking powder 1/2 cup butter. softened 2 cup sugar (accordingly to individual taste) 2 eggs 1 cup hot milk 1tsp vanilla essence Preparation Methods: Line 24 muffin pans with paper liners. Preheat oven to 350° C degrees. Sift flour,salt and baking powder together into a bowl. Keep aside. In a separate bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Slowly add the eggs and beat well and alternately add the flour mixture and milk , beating well after each addition. Finally add the vanilla essence. Pour the batter into the prepared pans and bake for 20 minutes. Once cooled sprinkle with confectioner's sugar or cover with your favourite frosting. Variations Could also add some strawberry to these cup cakes too. 1 cup chopped strawberry marinated with 2 tbsp honey. 2tbsp strawberry jam and 2tbsp brown sugar for 1 hours and stir into the batter before pouring into the muffin pans.

Goreng Pisang (Fried Banana Fitters) Goreng Pisang (fried banana) is a snack food mostly found throughout Malaysia and Singapore. Capsicum Spring Onion Masala

Capsicum and Spring Onion Masala Serving size: 4 Ingredients 1 cup diced green capsicum 1/4 cup chopped spring onions 1 onion chopped 1 tomato chopped 1tbsp ginger garlic paste 1tsp mustard seeds 1/2tsp cumin seeds 1tsp sesame seeds 1tsp urad daal 1tsp chillie flask 2tbsp tarminad juice 1tbsp tomato paste 1/2tsp turmeric powder 1tsp garam masala 1tsp chillie powder salt to taste Preparation Methods: Coat frying wok with 2tbsp oil-add the mustard seeds. Once it starts to crack add sesame seeds, cumin seeds, urad daal,chillie flask and ginger garlic paste. Let the oil get infuse with the ingredient. Then add the chopped tomatoes and onions with tomato paste and 1tsp salt. Once the tomato and onions become tender add the diced capsicum and spring onions with the remaining ingredients. Cover the wok with lid and let the ingredients cook well in the steam for about 10 minutes or until the capsicum are tender. Remove the lid and adjust the level of salt.
