I don't know abt u guys out there but whenever I decide to prepare pure vegetarian dishes- potato is a must for the kids but somehow my hubby dislike the idea of making potato too often at home. There's no such thing in how to prepare a perfect potato stir fry. You just cook them however you want, add anything you like and they never fail to impress you.
