Baked Chicken Gravy

Baked Chicken Gravy Since everyone in my family are chicken lovers-I always like to try new recipes to improve the taste of the normal chicken curry with a lot of spices. This was my hubby's creation and it tasted very good as we try out with briyani and it was really so delicious. At the end I was left with just a piece of drumstick...it just vanished:) For the Paste: 2 cups chopped shallots 2tbsp ginger garlic paste 1 bunch chopped corinader leaves 1 bunch chopped mint leaves 3 green chillies 1tsp turmeric powder 1tsp poppy seeds 1tsp fennel seeds 1tsp nutmeg powder 1tsp salt Add 2tbsp ghee to wok and roast all the ingredient til fragrant and grind to a paste once cool and keep aside. 2 tomatoes chopped 2tbsp curry masala 2tbsp chicken masala 1tsp gram masala 1tsp chillie powder 1tbsp coriander powder. Mutton Do Piaza I was going through the shelve in Dallas Library and came across this delicious Mutton recipes which really made me drool at the step by step snaps.I don't really like to have mutton but now I have got myself addicted and always find some ways to prepare them. Arvin's 6th B'day Party "Let's keep it sweet and simply this time", was my reply when we will discussing what to do for my son's coming b'day. Time really flies. It's just unbelievable that my son is 6yrs old . He was just 3.2kg health baby boy wrap in blue blanket entering into the world on March 8th 2004 and here we are planning to celebrated his 6th b'day. Anyway I wasn't much interested in inviting many guests for the party as it falls on Monday-a working day. I just wanted invite some very close friend but in the end we had invited about 30 guests for the party. I really don't know how the guests list got increased but it was really great. Hokkien Prawn Mee Prawn noodle(Hokkien Prawn Mee) is simply delicious and there's various way of preparing them.They are normally served with some slice of pork and beans sprouts. Spicy Cauliflower Rice Have you wonder how much you are being respected by your loved ones and family member?When such situation arise how many are there so called friends and relatives are to help you? There was such an incident which made me think straight and know who is real and a friend indeed is... Coriander Uttappam With Ridge Gourd Sambar I was just going tru some old albums in my laptop-cherishing the good days we both had before my son was born . I came across of us with my BIL and SIL having dinner at Aachi Mess near the Power House in Vada Kovai (our hometown in India). Sardines are my favorite specie of fish which I like very much especially the can packed ones soaked in tomato puree or some other kind of spicy sauces.I was kind of bored preparing the same type of gravy and wanted to try something new with these caned sardines. found this recipe while searching the net.
