Chap Cai- Mixed Vegetable Stew With Seafood A few days ago I was scrolling through my photo archive in my hard drive and came across these photos of Chap Chye-a favorite taste bud of my hometown. A popular vegetarian mixed vegetable stew which is normally eaten with plain rice or porridge among the locals and I can't believe that I haven't even posted about it yet. This is some seriously good comfort food and I happen to prepare this finger licking plate of Chap Chye while I was in Singapore couple of months ago.Frankly I'm talking u guys -I'm completely hooked!!! Onion Pakoda Onion Pakoda is usually eaten in rainy season. Pakora is a deep fried snack(fritters). It is made of besan (gram flour) and rice flour along with green chilies, curry leaves and spices. all time favorite for children and who need a light evening snack with tea/coffee. Summer Splash I'm not kidding folks...seriously I don't drink:D Most people doesn't believe me and I don't know why. For the first time I taste red wine and immediately got sick and vomit. I happened to go for a cruise with my sis and friend Vasu to now-where.meaning the cruise liner will stop in the middle of the deep sea for 3 days.That was my first and last...never again I'm going to embrace myself in crowd but I love mock tails.I prepare this Summer Splash for my kids few weeks ago.Essentially a mock tail is any cocktail without the alcohol. Serving size: 4 Ingredients: 4 oz pomegranate juice 4 dash grenadine syrup 16 oz orange juice 16 oz pineapple juice few pomegranate lime slices few mint leaves Cube soda Preparation Methods: Fill a collins glass with ice. Not you...believe me folk these wraps are deliciously finger licking good and the panner is mildly spice with busting Indian flavors.These soft crumbly panner have become everyone's favorite in my household.
